Come As You Are

I'm reading a really good book right now, No Perfect People Allowed by John Burke. The central theme of the book is creating a "come as you are" church culture. It has me really thinking about the culture that we have created at Graystone Church. What do people experience when they come to Graystone? What is the "feel" of our church? Do people feel that they can come to Graystone "as is"? Are we a church who loves and accepts people no matter who they are or where they come from?
