Well, boys and girls, I do not know what to say other than PRAISE GOD! He did it again. He answered our prayers. Someone within our Graystone Church family was led by God to purchase the 7 acres of land and lease purchase it back to the church. We were able to send a letter today (meeting our deadline) to show proof of financing.
I have many more "it's a God-thing details" to share with you in the days to come, but I wanted to go ahead and get the good news out to everyone, so you can PRAISE GOD with me.
God is good!

PRAISE GOD is right. I have been in prayer since Sunday trying to decide what I could do. The story of the widow who gave a half penny knowing it was all she had kept running thrugh my mind. I have some money left over from my Mom's inheritance and it has been earmarked for my retirement to take care of me. I have been in a turmoil as to what to do and told God that unless I got a clear sign from him I would do nothing. When I woke up this morning I was filled with a calm peace that God had answered our prayers and that someone from the church had come forward to buy the land. To say that I was thrilled to read your blog is putting it mildly -- I was overjoyed with praise to God, for his plan is always better than our plan. God is doing great things at Graystone and is using you to help get them done. I'm so blessed to be a part of this wonderous plan and to witness first hand God's promises of answered prayer.
