As good as Graystone's worship service (Easter in November) was on Sunday morning , my men's small group on Sunday night was equally as powerful. It is hard to express in words what God is doing through our discipleship group. Acts 2:42-47 is a pretty good summary. We are breaking bread in a home, carrying one another's burdens, praying together, devoting ourselves to the study and teaching of God's word, memorizing Scripture, engaging in true Biblical fellowship, and sharpening one another spiritually.
We are confessing our sins to one another and holding each other accountable. Lives are being changed and spiritual growth and maturity is taking place. A group of men who barely knew each other (and quite frankly, apart from Christ would never have gotten together to hang out) are becoming a Band of Brothers.
So, which is more important...corporate worship on Sunday morning or engaging in a small group? Well, they are two totally different gatherings of believers (and pre-Christians). And I would have to say that they are both equally important for fulfilling our mission to "know God and make God known".
I would love to hear any of your thoughts and comments.

Well said, indeed. For those who haven't joined with a small group, I can't emphasize enough the impact it has had on my life. My hope and prayer is that the other small groups are enjoying the same level of fellowship. To put it simply - it's awesome!!!
