Weight Update

My goal (Yes, I am goal oriented.) for my 40th birthday (July 20) is to weigh under 195 pounds. I am not only wanting to lose body fat but would like to gain muscle. I have been on a 15 year plan of bulking up and chiseling down. I bulked up nicely before my wedding day and looked like a beached whale on the honeymoon. I have the picture to prove it (see below). Anyway, I am finally chiseling down for my 40th bday.

Here is the update:

March 1 goal: 202
March 1 actual weight: 200.5 pounds

April 1 goal: 200 pounds
May 1 goal: 198 pounds
June 1 goal: 196 pounds
July 1 goal: 194 pounds

In an effort not to bore you weekly, I will update you the first of each month. This serves as a form of personal accountability for me. This blog is also my personal journal of which Jennifer still thinks that nobody reads. On the other hand, she is fearful that EVERYBODY reads it, especially when I post pictures like this one.
