Weight Update

My goal for June 1 was 196 pounds. By a miracle of God, 3 weigh ins, a workout and eating like Jim all day Monday, I reached my goal.

Monday, 8:00 AM = 197.5 pounds
Monday, 11:00 AM = 198 pounds
Monday, 5:00 PM = 196 pounds
Monday, 10:00 PM = 195.5 pounds
Tuesday, 6:45 AM = 194 pounds

Next goal: July 1 = 194 pounds
