Tuesday Tidbits

What's our number? $153,500 needed to finish the ALL IN Challenge.

Katie Landress begins today as our new Children's Pastor. We are excited about her joining the staff team. It's interesting that all the staff at graystone began as volunteers. We like to hire from within. We like to hire people we know. They have proven character, and they are already committed to graystone's vision and values (4g's).

I will share about Jennifer's new role, Membership and Volunteers Pastor, on a later post.

You can click here to go to Fox Sports and vote for Grayson vs Warner Robbins to be the high school football game of the week.

Matt Harvie had a seizure on Saturday and was rushed to Eastside. He is better now. Please keep praying for him. Click here to read the caringbridge update.

There were 65 people including kids at Newcomers Lunch.

This week at the building: taping and mudding sheetrock walls, drop ceiling going in children's area, finishing parking lot curbs, installing storm drains, building stages, applying EFIS (stucko) and stone on front of building, exterior painting, starting to work on decel lane, and various other construction stuff that I know little about. We are still on pace to finish construction by the end of October. Keep praying. I will post pictures soon.

If you missed it or would like to see it again, here is the promo video for our upcoming message series, Use Me. Enjoy.
