Whatever It Takes

I love the story in Mark 2:1-12 of Jesus healing the paralytic. Four friends go to a lot of trouble (cut a hole in the roof of a house) and display tremendous faith to bring their friend to Jesus. Jesus not only miraculously heals the paralyzed man physically but he heals him spiritually. At Graystone Church, we desire to be like the four friends. We want to do "whatever it takes" (legally, morally, and Biblically) to bring people to Jesus.

Our first CALL is to come into fellowship/relationship with Jesus. We have been called to come to Him. Our second CALL is to invite as many other people to come to Jesus as possible. Who is it that God wants you to bring to Jesus? Are you willing to do "whatever it takes" to bring people to Jesus?

Action Steps:
1. Make a list of 5 friends that you want to bring to Jesus.
2. Pray specifically for their salvation.
3. Trust God for opportunities/ideas to invite them to COME to church (i.e. rent a helicopter, rent a Hummer limo on Jersey Day (April 27) and bring your softball/baseball team to church, have a special Easter Sunday meal and invite them to church/lunch, etc.)

Let's trust God to do GREAT things and for HIM to have all the glory!
