2. The Deity of Christ…meaning that he was 100% God while at the same time being 100% man. He was the God-man.

3. Christ was not born in Adam …meaning he was not born with a sinful nature.

There are 4 basic beliefs about Jesus Christ:
i. Son of God
ii. Live a perfect life
iii. Died on the cross for our sins
iv. He rose from the dead

These basic doctrinal beliefs about Jesus hinge on the Virgin Birth.

The Results of the Virgin Birth and Christ being Spiritually Alive

1. He gave his life (spiritual life) to us. (Galatians 2:20)
2. When we come to Christ, we exchange our lives for his life (2 Corinthians 5:17)

What Christmas miracle are you trusting God for?

This is a very useful blog. I've written down your references so I can read up on my own, and for someone who isn't so well versed in the scripture (no pun intended), this guide is great. Thanks so much!

ps - as far as a Christmas miracle goes, there seem to be plenty for me this year, not the least of which is capturing a spirit on video. (I can't stop laughing!)
