Staff Singing Karaoke

Hello world! For almost a week, I was without a computer and Internet (except for a weak cell phone signal every other day or so). We spent 3-4 days on our annual staff planning retreat deep in the woods of Mitchell, Georgia. A big THANK YOU goes out to Amon and Jan Sexton (Steve's parents) for their overwhelming generosity in sharing the 400+ acres of Sexton Farm with us. The llamas, miniature donkeys, diving board and skeet shooting range will never be the same. I have video footage of the ALL the staff wiping out while trying to jump off the diving board and land on an inflatable jet ski, as well as, footage of Dustin on foot chasing a llama.

We were a able to seek God and develop a strategic plan for 2009-2010. We are trusting Him for some really BIG THINGS this year! We also had a good time of fun, fellowship and "team building". Check out the video below of the staff guys singing karaoke. As you can see, Jim was the life of the party.

The past 2-3 days, Jennifer and I have been in Litchfield Beach, South Carolina. We picked up the kiddos from Jenn's parents and spent a couple of days with them at the beach. We are now thinking that South Carolina beaches have more to offer than Destin, Florida beaches...but that is still up for debate.

Looking forward to a great day of worship at Graystone tomorrow!
Johnny

Does this mean that Jim is going to sing next Sunday - it looks like he wins by default.
