I played an ALTA Tennis Match this morning. It was fun to get out and release some stress on a little yellow ball. I screamed at the top of my lungs when I missed an overhead in the net at 30-30 serving 5-4 in the 3rd set. Being the pastor of a church, I probably should not have yelled that loud but it was up at Collins Hill and I don't think anyone in Grayson/Loganville heard it. Anyway, V (my partner) and I went on to win the match 7-5 in the 3rd. It was nice to win because one of the guys we beat was better than me in the Juniors and played at LSU, the school that I wanted to play college tennis. It was nice redemption.
Speaking of redemption, tomorrow is Easter Sunday. It is the greatest Sunday of the year. Actually, it is the greatest Sunday in the history of the world. I am definitely planning on being at Graystone Church on Easter Sunday. I am definitely planning on making sure my family is at church tomorrow. It's Easter Sunday. Tomorrow, I am planning on "PREACHING". I normally do not preach. I am normally more of a teacher than a preacher. But tomorrow, I am going to preach. I mean...if I can't preach on Easter Sunday, then I need to find another job.
I cannot wait for Easter Sunday. I cannot wait to see how God moves. I cannot wait to see how the 5 PM service goes. I'm just going to try and chill out the rest of the day with the family and get ready for EASTER SUNDAY! I hope you are ready.
The stone has been rolled away (ROLLING STONE)! The victory has been won! Tomorrow, we celebrate EASTER SUNDAY..the greatest day of all time.
