Graystone Kids

In our first Sunday in the new building, over 250 kids 10 years old and under worshipped God! From what I hear they had fun and learned a truth from the Bible. BTW, these are our two objectives for the children's ministry. One first-time family said that they loved Graystone, but when their child starting singing a worship song at dinner that she had learned at Graystone that morning...well, mom and dad almost started crying. Their family has found a home at Graystone Church.

It warms my heart to know that hundreds of kids (over the years...thousands) will grow up through the Graystone Children's Ministry learning to "know God and make God known". Katie and the over 100 children's ministry volunteers are doing an incredible job! The Graystone Kids area is simply amazing.

If you are a Graystone Kid parent, let me give you a little heads up for this Sunday. In order to create more space for the kids, we are moving some of the larger classes (I.e. 4-5 year olds) into bigger rooms. So, you might want to arrive early this Sunday, so you have plenty of time to check your child in to his/her appropriate room. I think the kids will be pumped about their new classes.
